30,000 flyers, from who?
One of our clients ordered 30,000 flyers for an event on a Saturday morning. A mistake on their artwork meant that when they were delivered on Friday night, their logo wasn't visible. We reprinted overnight and delivered Saturday morning. We only told the client once it was fixed, so at least their Friday night was uninterrupted.
SERVICE IS WHAT WE DO BEST
Our clients are busy people, running businesses, hospitals, trade unions, and ad agencies. They expect their print to look and feel just like what they ordered, and for it to turn up where and when it's supposed to.
Sounds simple enough, and if you work with Inprint it is. But if you've ever worked with any kind of print you'll know things can and do go wrong. Logos don't print, colours vary, trimming's off, creasing's wrong, brochures are folded before they're dry – you get the gist.
